A minimum order value of $15 applies. If your basket is below that, a top-up line is added at checkout to bring the order up to the minimum. Delivery is shown separately before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Where we ship
We deliver across Europe, North America and Oceania. The full list of available countries is shown in the delivery step at checkout — if a country does not appear there, we cannot ship to it at the moment.
Timescales
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside your customs union may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are charged by your customs authority, not by us, and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot predict or refund them, and a parcel refused because of unpaid duties is not refundable.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. Orders lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded — see our Refund Policy.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or it arrives damaged, email support@vahemstore.com within 14 days and we will replace or refund it. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
