Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VAHEM Store (the “Store”, “we”, “us”), including browsing the site, creating an account, and placing orders. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
1. Who we are
VAHEM Store is an online retailer operating this website. You can reach us at support@vahemstore.com for any question about these Terms or an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, pricing and orders
- Product photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen.
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
- A minimum order value of $15 applies. If your basket totals less than that, a top-up line is added at checkout to reach the minimum.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund of that order.
- We may change prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By paying, you also accept Stripe's terms as the payment processor. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and the countries we ship to are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address — we cannot reroute an order once it has shipped, and orders lost because of an incorrect address are not our responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds. Please read the full Refund Policy before ordering — it also explains the limited situations in which we will put an order right, and your rights under mandatory consumer law.
7. Accounts
You may create an account to save your basket across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the Store or break these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Store for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
- interfere with or disrupt the Store, its security, or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Store or its content without permission;
- attempt to gain access to any account, system or data that is not yours.
9. Intellectual property
The VAHEM name, branding, site design, text and layout are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Availability of the Store
We aim to keep the Store available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Store without notice, including for maintenance. We are not liable to you if the Store is unavailable at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from your misuse of a product. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Product safety and suitability
Products are sold for ordinary consumer use. Please follow any instructions or age guidance supplied with an item. If you have an allergy or a specific requirement, contact us before ordering — we cannot guarantee suitability otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above tells you when the current version took effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes fall to the Norwegian courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there.
